luckystar | 2000-2006

In the days when punk-rock & hardcore still meant gritty garage recordings and basement shows, five close friends with a mutual devotion to punk beats and screaming started luckystar. Originally assembled to play covers of bands such as NOFX & Rancid, luckystar quickly began writing their own music, merging the increasingly popular sounds of hardcore and the still lingering spirit of the East Coast punk scene.

Dedicated to creating honest music, the members of luckystar wrote & recorded three albums but eventually disbanded after several members moved from their home state of New Jersey.
